Mary Elle Fanning is a young American actress who is known for her roles in films including 'Phoebe' in Wonderland' as well as 'The Neon Demon'. Fanning was born in Conyers Georgia she is the sister of famed model Dakota Fanning. At a young age she started acting. Steven Spielberg produced her first miniseries, 'Taken.' Fanning was the sister to her character. The actress began to take on roles independent of her elder sister. At nine years old Fanning portrayed the lead character in "Phoebe in Wonderland". It was her performance that brought her much fame and acclaim. She also appeared in movies including "The Door in the floor" as well as "I Need Someone to Eat Cheese with". She is stunning in her looks and amazing acting skills, she soon established herself as a promising young actress. Her first prize was awarded at age thirteen! She was awarded an award called the Young Hollywood Award for her part as the lead actress of the year in the American drama "Somewhere".
